BLEND IT – Smoothies

Peel it – blend it – drink it! Quick, healthy and tastes amazing! 

I truly believe that a healthier lifestyle helps a lot to feel much better about ourselves. It takes a little bit of time to get into the routine but it’s worth it. You only need a blender which is really not that expensive. Once you know what goes with what and what is essential, you won’t check any websites anymore (Pinterest is great) and shopping will get easier. I have collected some of my favourite ones and I will expand my selection as time goes. I hope I can give you the last kick you need 😉

The ingridients can be grouped in three simple groups;

1. Liquid – Almond milk, soya milk, coconut milk, rice milk, fruit juice, water etc.

2. Fruit / Veg – the list is endless (from veg I only use spinach and cucumber at the moment but planning to discover more soon)

3. Extras – Mint (fresh), chai seed, oat flakes, flaxseeds, coconut oil, peanut or other nut butter, raw cacao, Maca powder, cinnamon, protein powder for those who need it etc.

(I don’t put any sugar or sweetener but honey, stevia etc can make your life sweeter no doubt 😉 )

I have created 7 groups (Monday – Sunday), based on the fact which ones should be made first if you do your shopping on Sunday! E.g. pear and kiwi last longer but strawberry doesn’t.
