Monday Smoothies

Hurray it’s Monday!!! – only joking, no one likes Mondays, however it’s always a good day to start a new routine. Let’s start it with making some smoothies 🙂

Monday: Avocado, mint, lime and pear

Ingredients:

1 Avocado, 2 Pears, 1 Lime or Lemon, Mint

I usually fill it up with water (2-3dl) really depends on the fact if I want some for next morning as well or not.

 

 

Monday: Banana, Nut butter, Coconut milk

Ingredients:

1 Banana, Peanut butter (1sp), Coconut Milk,    All Spice on top

If you bought green bananas this can be made later of course however due to the high natural sugar content the green ones are slightly better according to others. I think life is too short so this is something I don’t worry about 🙂

 

Monday: kiwi, kale, avocado

Monday: Kiwi, Kale, Avocado

Ingredients:

1-2 Kiwis, half avocado, handful of Kale,
3 dl water

When you are lazy and you have an avocado sandwich you can you use the other half in this smoothie and it’s very tasty and healthy. This one is a proper green bomb. And the rest of the kale can be used up as a side or even better: Kale chips (see Random page).
