And it is Sunday again! For me it is my relaxing day and I actually like staying in at least for the afternoon and get some “An time”. I do my shopping, cleaning, washing, I call my family, respond to my emails, go for a run if the weather is good etc. So in the morning normally my fridge is completely empty. Porridge and almond milk do the job, however sometimes there are some survivors in the fridge. Which means I have a good chance for a morning smoothie, victory! It normally contains kiwi, apple and lime or lemon.
3-4 Kiwis, 1 Lime, 2 Apples, any fruit juice
And this is it. They last the longest so if i did my planning well I still have some. Happy Sunday!
4cm fresh Ginger (grated), 2 Apples, 1 Lemon, 2 Kiwis (or more), water
Ginger and lemon will give a slightly different taste and I only use water so I can taste them better. Fresh and good!
Hopefully the fridge is empty and you are ready to fill it all up again!
