Let’s use up all the mangos and papayas around Wednesday, these ones are nice sweet smoothie treats! Mango is my weakness so I have to be careful not to eat it all when I am peeling it ;). In the summer it’s really nice with some frozen yoghurt and fresh berries. Berries are easy though as they can be frozen easily. Around Wednesday review your stock and if you know you won’t be at home, so you have too much, just chuck some in the freezer (peel and chop them up first, even the lemons). I use lemons as ice-cubes in the summer, I am sure I have learnt this from Pinterest again. Anyway, these are my Wednesday selection!
Ingredients:
1 Mango, 1 Papaya, handful of blackberries and water
The blackberries are so intense so make sure you don’t use too many! And that’s why I only use water because it’s already very rich. Like I said just put the rest in the freezer 😉
Ingredients:
1 Mango, 1 Papaya, porridge, either low fat yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, almond or coconut milk
This is very similar I know. This my morning version when I need a little bit more energy.
Ingredients:
1 Mango,Coconut Milk, 1 Lime and Allspice
This is a very quick one, hence the reason I like it. If you are in a rush it is a good solution.
Ingredients:
1 Mango, 1 Banana, 3dl orange juice
Ok, I have to admit, this is nothing else than the leftovers I had one day 😉 but it worked well.
