When I am starving (getting home late) and I need something healthy and warm my ultimate choice is soup of course. Since I have become single I have trained myself to become the “Veg in water” Queen (yep, I have just make this up but it will go viral I am sure 😉 ). Once I got bored of the pre-made ones (soon thank god) I quickly changed my shopping habit and now I eat soups at least twice a week for dinner. Good job for girls soup is more than enough. I assume everybody around my age can cook, at least a little bit, so I will keep it high level. If you need some help, just go on BBC food website / www.bbcgoodfood.com / or find a cooking course. I will do one as well later I think. Vegetables are good because they don’t go off too fast and they are vert healthy! Here are my favourite ones!
