To be honest this is so quick and easy I shouldn’t even put this here. But the truth is, I lived on this for weeks (see post), so I can’t just leave this out. Broccoli is a lifesaver. (max 15 min)
Ingredients (for1):
1 small broccoli
1 small onion
1 spoon Philadelphia light cream cheese
1/2 pint stock (veg)
crushed chilli
Method:
Onion first on some olive oil and few minutes later the rest. 10 min is more than enough and just blend it and add the cream cheese or grate some cheddar!
